MONDAY  JUNE 12, 2017  5:38 A.M.

Skies are clear early on this Monday morning and again it is quite warm with readings ranging from the low 70s in the Clifton area to some upper 50s in some of the cooler inland areas, winds are mainly calm.

Today will be another hot day with little or no clouds, temperatures will reach the 90s once again, humidity will be moderate and there will be a little breeze by this afternoon.

A cold front will be approaching our area tomorrow possibly touching off some shower and thunderstorm activity after 3 p.m., temperatures will once again hit the 90s along with increasing humidity.

Cooler with much less humidity on Wednesday and it should be dry.

Cooler than normal temperatures Thursday and Friday, Thursday should be dry but a warm front approaching the area on Friday may give the area some shower and thunderstorm activity.

Warmer and more humid air is expected for the upcoming weekend along with chances of showers and thunderstorms.

TUESDAY – JUN 13 – Mostly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m., more humid, high in the mid 90s.

WEDNESDAY – JUN 14 – Mostly sunny, cooler and less humid, high in the low 80s.

THURSDAY – JUN 15 – Mostly sunny and cool, high only in the low 70s.

FRIDAY – JUN 16 – Mostly cloudy and cool with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and night, high in the low 70s.

SATURDAY – JUN 17 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high near 80.

SUNDAY – JUN 18 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – South-southwest wind to 10 knots, seas 1 foot.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Tuesday through the day on Thursday;  possible small craft conditions Thursday night into early on Friday.
