Cooler and much less humid with plenty of sunshine today and on Tuesday! Warmer and more humid Wednesday into Thursday with a chance of showers!

Good morning!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures this morning are cooler with readings ranging from the mid 50s in Clifton down to 43 degrees in Walpack, winds are light northwesterly.

Yesterday we did not receive any rainfall as the storms were just to our south and east.

High pressure building in from the midwest will give us a very pleasant late spring day with plenty of sunshine, temperatures will be seasonably cool and the humidity will be much lower than the last few days. Also it will become breezy with gusts in the upper 20s possible.

High pressure will be over us on Tuesday, the morning will be chilly with lows dropping into the 40s. During the day the weather will be pleasant, there will be an increase in clouds by late in the day.

Wednesday and Thursday will be warmer and more humid as a warm front moves to our north Wednesday morning followed by a cold front on Thursday. There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday.

At this point Friday through the weekend looks to be dry with pleasantly mild temperatures, it will be cooler at the coast however as high pressure builds from the north which will cause winds to be more onshore.
