Another pleasant late spring day today! Much warmer and more humid tomorrow with showers and thunderstorms likely at night into Thursday morning! Seasonably warm and mainly dry Friday through the weekend!


Good morning!

Skies this morning are clear and it is quite chilly with temperatures ranging from the upper 40s in Clifton down to 33 degrees at Walpack, winds are calm or light westerly.

High pressure will be providing our area with another nice day with seasonably cool temperature, low humidity and plenty of sunshine. Winds will be lower than on Monday. Tonight will have an increase in clouds with overnight lows about 15 degrees higher than this morning.

Tomorrow will be much warmer as a warm front moves through in the morning, the humidity will be higher too. Showers and thunderstorms are likely late in the day into Thursday morning. A cold front will cross the area during the day on Thursday.

High pressure will then dominate our weather Friday through the weekend with the only a low chance of a shower Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will be slightly above normal.

TONIGHT – Becoming mostly cloudy, low around 60.

WEDNESDAY – JUNE 5 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. high in the mid 80s. Showers and thunderstorms likely at night.

THURSDAY – JUNE 6 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms mainly in the morning, high in the mid 80s.

FRIDAY – JUNE 7 – Sunny, high near 80.

SATURDAY – JUNE 8 – Sunny, high near 80.

SUNDAY – JUNE 9 – Sunny, with a low chance of an afternoon shower, high near 80.

MONDAY – JUNE 10 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – Southerly winds to 12 knots, seas 1 foot.

OUTLOOK – Possible small craft advisories Wednesday into the day on Thursday; no advisories expected Thursday night through Saturday.
