Skies across the area are mostly cloudy and some showers and thunderstorms have moved offshore after producing .71″ of rain overnight. Temperatures range from near 60 in Clifton to the low 50s further inland, the humidity is high and the winds are mainly calm.

A warm front will be moving through our area this morning and we should have a brisk westerly flow of warmer and more humid air today. There is an enhanced chance of severe thunderstorms this afternoon with some damaging winds possible. Some showers are possible this evening as a weak cold front moves through.

Warm on Thursday with some showers possible at night.

Continued warm Friday and Saturday with showers again possible as a cold front approaches the area.

Cooler and much drier air is expected Sunday through Tuesday with plenty of sunshine each day.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers before 9 p.m, becoming partly cloudy after midnight, low in the mid 60s.

THURSDAY – JUNE 4 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s, chance of showers at night.

FRIDAY – JUNE 5 – Mostly sunny with a chance of afternoon and evening showers and isolated thunderstorms, high in the mid 80s.

SATURDAY – JUNE 6 – Mostly sunny with a chance of a shower, high in the mid 80s.
