High pressure building from the west will give us a mostly sunny and mild day today but it will be a little breezy, highs will be near 60 which is about 10 degrees above normal.

A weak cold front is expected to come through dry tonight but not much cold air behind the front so Tuesday will again be milder than normal with still with some gusty northwest winds.

A low pressure system is expected to give us rain mainly from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning but there is still will be a chance of showers Thursday afternoon and evening.

The weather will be a little unsettled Friday through the weekend as a couple of weak fronts move through the area. For now we will forecast dry weather Friday and Saturday with a chance of showers on Sunday. Temperatures will be seasonably mild Friday and Saturday and slightly below normal on Sunday.

Yesterday turned out to be a much nicer day than expected as the warm front moved further north and temperatures again reached the 70s with only early morning showers and a heavier shower with the cold front at night.

Today will be a mostly cloudy day with highs near 60 degrees which is still about 10 degrees above normal. Winds will be a little brisk this afternoon.

Monday and Tuesday will be seasonably mild but mainly dry as a couple of weak fronts move through our area.

A rather strong low pressure system will give us rain mainly from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning but showers are still possible Thursday afternoon and again on Friday. Temperatures will be near normal on Wednesday and slightly above normal Thursday and Friday.

After our cold and wintery weather of this weekend, today will be the start of some very enjoyable spring like weather that should continue through at least this week. High pressure offshore today will give us a southwest flow of milder air. Skies will start off cloudy but become mostly sunny during the day. High temperatures will be about 20 degrees higher than yesterday with readings well up into the 50s.

Dry and even milder weather Tuesday and Wednesday as high pressure dominates, highs both days should rise into the 60s.

Slightly cooler on Thursday as a weak low moves offshore to the south and east that will also give us a low chance of light showers.

High pressure will then build into the region on Friday and with sunny skies highs will be near 70.

Mild weather will continue over the weekend with a good chance of showers on Saturday.

The storm that gave us the snow and wind yesterday has moved to the Canadian Maritime region as high pressure builds from the southwest. Today will start off mostly clear but we should see some increase in clouds this afternoon. It will be chilly with highs only in the 30s, winds will slowly diminish by late this afternoon.

Much milder air will move into our area on Monday as high pressure builds closer to our area and with sunshine and light winds high temperatures will reach the mid 50s.

Mainly dry and mild the rest of the week. There is a slight chance of rain on Thursday as a weak low moves offshore well to our south. A better chance of rain will be on Saturday as a frontal system moves into our area.

A strong winter storm will affect our area today! Rain developing around sunrise and as much colder air arrives the rain will change to snow by noon and continue heavy at times this afternoon and with winds gusting to over 40 mph we may have blizzard like conditions briefly this afternoon. The snow should end by sunset with 1-3 inches expected with higher amounts to our north and west. Temperatures in the 40s this morning will plummet to the low 20s by sunset causing a flash freeze. A winter weather advisory along with a wind advisory is in effect.

Sunday will be a chilly day despite sunny skies, gusty winds in the morning will slowly diminsh in the afternoon as the storm moves to the Canadian Maritimes and high pressure build from the west.

After winter like weather this weekend next week looks to be mainly dry with above normal temperatures.
