Skies are cloudy early on this Sunday morning and there are some scattered showers in parts of the area. Temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 69 in Clifton down to 60 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light southwesterly and the humidity is higher than the last few days with dew points mainly in the 60s.

Moisture ahead of a warm front will cause cloudy skies with showers becoming likely. With the clouds and precipitation, highs today will only be in the mid 70s, but the humidity will be high with dew points in the upper 60s to near 70.

A good chance of showers Monday and Tuesday as the frontal system moves through the area, high temperatures will be warmer with continued humid conditions, however the humidity will drop by Tuesday night.

Fair weather is then expected Wednesday through the beginning of next weekend with low humidity and near seasonable temperatures.

THURSDAY – SEP 15 – Sunny, high in the upper 70s.

FRIDAY – SEP 16 – Sunny, high in the upper 70s.

SATURDAY – SEP 17 – Sunny, high near 80.
