Good morning everyone!

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR DECEMBER 10TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 45 AVERAGE LOW: 28

RECORD HIGH: 61 – 2015 RECORD LOW: 7 – 1982

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 47 LOW: 32 PRECIPITATION: NONE

High pressure to our north will give us a northeast flow of chilly air today with highs only in the low 40s despite plenty of sunshine.

An area of low pressure will cause precipitation mainly from late Sunday morning through early Monday morning. In the Clifton area the precipitation will begin as a mixture of rain or snow, changing to rain in the afternoon and then changing to snow before ending early Monday morning. Possible accumulations in Clifton should be just a dusting but 1-3 inches of snow is possible over the higher elevations of northwest New Jersey and across the northern parts of the Hudson Valley.

Monday through Wednesday will be mainly dry with seasonably cold temperatures.

Another storm system will give us a good chance of rain or snow Thursday into Friday.
