Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Thanksgiving Day and temperatures are milder than normal with readings ranging from 44 in Clifton down to 35 at High Point. Winds are gusty out of the northwest. The air quality is good with an index of 24.

We will have rather nice weather on this Thanksgiving Day with plenty of sunshine after early morning clouds. Winds will be gusty this morning but diminish this afternoon as high pressure builds into the area.

High pressure will give us dry conditions Friday through the Day on Sunday. Saturday will be the coolest day with highs only in the low 40s.

A coastal low is expected to give us rain Sunday night.

High pressure then builds into the area Monday through Wednesday with mostly sunny skies each day with temperatures below normal.
