Skies are mostly clear early on this Thursday morning and temperatures are a little milder than this time yesterday with readings ranging from 30 in Clifton down to 20 at Pequest, Hackettstown and Sandyston. Winds are calm or light southwesterly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 59.

High pressure off the southeast coast will give us a light southwesterly flow of milder air today along with mostly sunny skies.

A weak low pressure system will cause increasing clouds on Friday with a chance of light rain in the afternoon and evening. Rainfall amounts should be less than 1/10th of an inch.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy and quite mild, there is a slight chance of some drizzle but most areas will stay dry.

A couple of low pressure systems will give us a chance of rain Sunday into Monday.

Dry and cooler weather likely Tuesday and Wednesday as high pressure builds back into the area.
