A warm front will move through the area today producing showers heavy at times with possibly some strong thunderstorms. A flood watch is in effect. Although there may be some heavy rain it does not seem to be as widespread as some of systems that we have had previously this summer.

A cold front will cross the area on Friday giving us a chance of more showers and thunderstorms.

High pressure will then build over the area for the weekend. We should stay dry with plenty of sunshine each day. Humidity will be lower on Saturday then increase again for Sunday. Temperatures will be seasonably warm.

As the high pressure moves off the coast we will have warm and humid weather with a chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms Monday through Wednesday.
