Skies across the area are partly cloudy, there may be some patches of fog mainly inland. Temperatures are mild with readings ranging from the mid 50s in Clifton down to the upper 40s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

The low pressure that gave us the rain is moving offshore and high pressure will be building from the southwest which will give us a mild but breezy day today along with plenty of sunshine.

Mild and dry weather Thursday and Friday again with plenty of sunshine both days. A weak cold front will cross the area Friday night with only some partial clouds.

Most of the day on Saturday will be dry but a low pressure area will be moving in which will likely give us rain Saturday night through Sunday, temperatures will near normal on Saturday and slightly above normal on Sunday.

Mainly dry weather with mild temperatures early next week.

A frontal system approaching from the west will cause cloudy skies today, there is a chance of light rain or drizzle this afternoon with the steady and heavier rain holding off until tonight, temperatures will be a little above normal.

High pressure building into the area from the southwest will cause fair weather Wednesday through Friday with temperatures continuing to be a little above normal. A weak cold front will come through dry Friday night.

The weekend weather at this point is rather uncertain with some computer models have rain for our area on Saturday while other models are indicating rain on Sunday night, temperatures will be near seasonable levels.

The remains of Tropical Storm Nestor has moved further out to sea while weak high pressure builds into our area today giving us a mostly sunny day with temperatures a little above normal.

A frontal system will move through the area Tuesday night, there is a chance of rain tomorrow afternoon but most of the rain will fall late Tuesday night into the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Fair weather with slightly above normal temperatures Wednesday through Friday. A weak cold front is expected to cross the area Friday night only associated with some clouds.

Cooler next weekend with a chance of showers on Sunday as another front moves into our area.

The remains of Tropical Storm Nestor will move off the Carolina coast today, we will have an increase in clouds with some light rain after 2 p.m continuing until around midnight. Rainfall amounts will be around 1/4 of an inch, heavier amounts will fall along the coast and southern New Jersey. This rain will be the first measurable weekend rain since the middle of August.

A weak high pressure will build over the area on Monday providing us with plenty of sunshine and temperatures a little above normal.

A frontal system will likely give our area some showers late Tuesday afternoon into the evening.

Fair weather for Wednesday and Thursday as high pressure builds into the area, temperatures will be slightly above normal.

Another frontal system will give us a chance of showers Friday into Saturday.
