Skies are partly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures are still quite mild for this time of year ranging from the upper 50s here in Clifton to around 50 further inland, winds are light.

A cold front came through the area shortly after midnight but the cold air is only slowly filtering in from the west, today we will have considerable cloudiness and temperatures will rise to the 60s which is still above normal for this time of year.  Yesterday’s high of 74 in Clifton broke the record for the date of 72 set in 1978.  On November 7th 2012 we recorded 4.2 inches of snow and highs were only in the 30s, quite uncomfortable with those without power caused by Hurricane Sandy a week earlier.

Sunday we will see a return back to near normal temperatures with highs in the mid to upper 50s along with plenty of sunshine.

Slightly above normal temperatures for most of next week, there will be a disturbance to our south that will cause mostly cloudy skies on Tuesday also there will be a chance of showers later in the week as a cold front approaches the area, most highs during this period will be in the 60s.

OUTLOOK – Possible small craft conditions Tuesday night otherwise no advisories expected during the day on Sunday through Wednesday.

Skies are cloudy early this Friday morning and temperatures are extremely warm for this time of year ranging from the low 60s in Clifton to the upper 50s in the cooler suburbs.  It is also quite muggy with dew points in the low 60s in much of the area.

Record high temperatures are quite likely today as southwest flow ahead of a cold front will boast temperatures well up into the 70s, skies will be mostly cloudy to cloudy most of the day but if we get more sunshine than anticipated a 80 degree temperature is not out of the question, these temperatures are normal for early June. It also will be rather humid with dew points in the 60s.

The cold front will swing through our area around midnight only associated with a slight chance of a shower, temperatures will continue to be quite mild overnight.

Clearing and cooler on Saturday but temperatures will still be above normal.

Cooling back to near normal November temperatures on Sunday and by early Monday morning lows will drop into the 30s.

This upcoming week looks mainly dry with the only chance of showers would be on Tuesday and again on Thursday, temperatures will be slightly above normal.

It is mainly cloudy early this Thursday morning and it is quite mild for this time of year with temperatures ranging from the upper 50s here in Clifton to some upper 40s in some inland valleys, the humidity is high and with nearly calm winds fog is prevalent in most areas and a dense fog advisory has been issued.

Today will again be a mild day but with more cloudiness along with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower.

After some early morning fog again on Friday we should see some breaks of sunshine and with a southwest flow ahead of a cold front approaching from the west temperatures will reach near or exceed record levels with highs well up into the 70s and some areas may see an 80 degree reading which is quite warm for November.

A cold front will cross the area Friday night possibly setting of a light shower.  Clearing on Saturday with highs 10-15 degrees cooler than on Friday but still above normal.

Sunny on Sunday but much cooler as temperatures will be at or slightly below normal.

Mainly dry with slightly above normal temperatures Monday through Wednesday.

Skies are clear early this Wednesday morning and with light winds there is a rather large differences in temperatures ranging from the mild low 50s here in Clifton to some mid 30s in a few of the inland valleys.

Another warm and dry day today with light winds, temperatures may be a couple of degrees lower than yesterday when it reached the mid 70s, but still well above normal for this time of year.

Thursday we will have a little more clouds and a weak disturbance moving through may touch off some light showers at night, temperatures however will still be warm.

A cold front will be approaching the area on Friday but despite mostly cloudy skies temperatures will rise well up into the 70s with many areas will experience record highs for the date.

Saturday will be cooler and we should stay dry with highs still above normal.

Temperatures return to near normal Sunday with slight above normal temperatures early next week with dry conditions continuing.

We have mainly clear skies early this Tuesday morning and there is a wide range of temperatures ranging from the mid 40s here in Clifton to near the freezing mark in the colder inland areas where there is some patchy fog, winds are nearly calm.

Today the temperatures will rise quickly reaching the low 70s in many area, skies will be sunny with little or no clouds, winds will continue to be quite light.

Another sunny and mild day on Wednesday although temperatures may be a couple of degrees lower as winds will be more onshore.

A weak disturbance may set off some showers Thursday afternoon and evening but temperatures will continue to be mild.

Near record warmth on Friday as temperatures will rise well up into the 70s, despite considerable cloudiness.  A cold front will cross the area at night possibly accompanied by a shower.

The weekend will be cooler with highs still a little above normal on Saturday but drop to a little below normal for Sunday as high pressure builds into the area.

Mainly dry early next week with temperatures again moderating to above normal levels.
