Cool and damp Thursday; Warmer with heavy showers on Friday; Outstanding weekend weather!


Temperatures in the Clifton area early this morning are in the upper 50s, skies are cloudy.

Today we will continue to have overcast clouds with a chance of drizzle or light rain showers, with an onshore flow temperatures will again be on the cool side but the humidity will be high.

Later tonight as a warm front approaches showers and possible thunderstorms will become more likely, temperatures will not drop much from the daytime highs only falling to the mid 60s.

The warm front will move to our north during the day on Friday, temperatures will warm to the 80s and there may be breaks in the clouds during the middle of the day, humidity will remain high.  Showers and thunderstorms will become more numerous in the afternoon and early evening with heavy rain possible.

High pressure will be moving in just in time for the weekend, we will have plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures but humidity will be much lower.

Warm weather next week with slowly increasing humidity along with chances of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cooler and less muggy but still mainly cloudy with a chance of a shower!


Skies are cloudy at daybreak this morning with temperatures mainly in the low 60s, east winds have picked up and are gusting to 20 mph.

During the day today we can expect cloudy skies to continue and it will be cooler and a little less muggy than the last couple of days, winds will be from the east.  There is a chance of a scattered shower but most areas will remain dry.

Thursday will again have lots of clouds around with a chance of a shower or two, high temperatures will continue to be below normal for this time of year.

Shower chances increase Thursday night into Friday along with warmer temperatures and higher humidity, some of the rain may be heavy during  thunderstorms.

Beautiful June weather for the weekend and although it will be warm the humidity will be low along with plenty of sunshine.

Warm next week with showers possible by Tuesday.

Warmer and muggy Tuesday with possible showers!


It is a foggy early morning in the area with most temperatures are in the low 60s along with high humidity.

Today will feature plenty of clouds although there may be sun breaking through the clouds, there is a chance of showers but most areas will remain dry throughout the day, if a shower does occur the rain could be heavy. It will remain muggy.

A cold front will be moving to our south on Wednesday with somewhat cooler and drier air moving into the area.

Cloudy with higher humidity on Thursday with chances of showers.

Friday will be the best likelihood of heavy showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches the area, temperatures will be warmer and humidity will remain on the high side.

High pressure moving in for the weekend and we should enjoy warm temperatures and lower humidity with plenty of sunshine.

Warm to possibly hot conditions next week.

Unsettled weather for most of this week!


At daybreak this morning we have moderate to some heavy rain , temperatures this morning are mainly in the low 60s.

The area of rain will move away from the area and end by 8am, during the day today we will have mainly cloudy skies but some breaks of sun is possible along with a chance of showers, temperatures will be lower than on the weekend but humidity will be higher.

There will still be a chance of showers tonight but they will be scattered, it will be a rather warm and humid night.

Warmer and still humid on Tuesday with some showers and thunderstorms possible in the afternoon and at night.

A cold front coming in from the north should give us drier and cooler conditions on Wednesday.

More showers possible Thursday into Saturday morning, temperatures will be a little below normal on Thursday warming up on Friday and Saturday.

Finally we should have a rain free day on Sunday with seasonably warm temperatures.

Skies are clear at daybreak this morning, temperatures range from the low 60s in the Clifton area to the 50s in the normally cooler inland areas, winds are mainly calm.

Another nice and warm day today with plenty of sunshine and temperatures reaching the 80s once again, humidity levels will still be on the low side but slowly increase by tonight as a light southerly wind develops.

There will be a chance of showers most of this upcoming week although it won’t be any widespread heavy rain, unlike this weekend there will be lots of clouds,  temperatures will be seasonably warm with the warmest days on Tuesday and again on Friday, humidity levels will rise but it should not be too oppressive.
