Skies have become cloudy early this morning and temperatures are mainly in the teens, winds are light.

Today an Arctic cold front will be crossing the area early this afternoon, there is a small chance the front will be accompanied by some brief snow showers.  After the frontal passage frigid air will move into the area, temperatures will plummet tonight to the single digits and along with strong winds gusting above 30 mph will cause wind chill values to drop to around -20 degrees, a wind chill advisory is in effect.

During the day Thursday the winds will diminish but it will remain very cold with highs only around 20 despite mostly sunny skies.  Thursday night will not be as frigid as temperatures hold steady from the afternoon highs.

Some clouds Friday morning followed by mostly sunny skies and temperatures may reach the freezing mark.

Dry this weekend, Saturday will be another cold day but temperatures will moderate on Sunday to near normal.

Not as cold early next week but there may be some light snow Monday night into Tuesday.

Light snow has moved into Eastern Pennsylvania early this morning and should start in the Clifton area around 8am, most of the snow will fall this morning with just occasional light snow this afternoon, snowfall amounts should be around 1 inch. Temperatures will be quite cold with highs only in the 20s.

On Wednesday an Arctic cold front will be crossing the area in the afternoon, this front will be accompanied by some snow showers in the afternoon, some of these showers may be briefly heavy coating the ground.  After the frontal passage winds will pick up to near 40 mph and temperatures will fall to near zero by Thursday morning with wind chills as low as -20.

Thursday will be cold with diminishing winds, highs will only reach the low 20 despite mostly sunny skies.

Friday we will be a little less frigid with highs reaching the low 30s.

The weekend will start off cold with moderating temperatures by Sunday, no precipitation is expected.

Not as cold next week with no big storms on the horizon.

Today we will have mostly sunny skies but temperatures will be falling through much of the day reaching the 20s by sunset, winds will be gust to near 35 mph, winds diminish tonight.

On Tuesday a weak disturbance will give us about an inch of snow, starting around 10 am and lasting to sunset.

Much colder the rest of the week but we should stay dry, the coldest temperatures will be Wednesday night into Thursday with overnight lows in the single digits and with winds gusting to 30 mph will cause wind chill values to fall well below zero.

Slightly less cold on the weekend but still readings will be below average, again we should stay dry.

Not as cold next week and there is no indications of any snowstorms for the foreseeable future.

We have clouds and fog early this morning in the area with some light rain and drizzle,  temperatures range from the upper 30s in the Clifton area to the low-mid 30s further inland, winds are light.

Today we will continue have periods of rain, a warm front should move north of us by later this morning causing temperatures to rise well up into the 50s.  A cold front will cross the area this evening accompanied by showers and followed by colder temperatures as readings will fall to near 30 degrees by Monday morning.

Monday will be a cold and windy day with plenty of sunshine.

Tuesday some light snow is likely starting around 9am and continuing till around sunset, at this time accumulations will be near one inch.

Frigid air will then move into the area on Wednesday with the coldest temperatures since last January expected Wednesday night into Thursday, lows on Wednesday night will be in the single digits and highs barely reaching 20, it also will be windy and wind chill values will be below zero, at least it will stay dry.

Dry and not quite as frigid Friday into next weekend but temperatures will still be well below normal.

Skies are partly cloudy at daybreak with temperatures ranging from the upper 20s in the Clifton area to the upper teens in the normal colder areas inland, winds are light.

Today will become cloudy this morning with precipitation moving into the area this afternoon, the precipitation will start off as a mixture of snow and sleet that may give us a coating of snow before mixing with and changing to all rain tonight,  inland were the cold will linger longer a couple of inches of snow is  possible along with some freezing rain.

A warm front associated with the storm will move north of us in the morning, temperatures will rise into the 60s, rain will continue tomorrow morning and then period of rain showers during the day with even a chance of a rare January thunderstorm.  A cold front will cross the area by Sunday evening dropping temperatures along with windy conditions and partial clearing.

Monday will be colder but dry.

Cold with a chance of some light snow Tuesday afternoon and evening, we could pick up about an inch of snow from this fast moving system.

Then frigid air will dominate Wednesday through Friday with Thursday being the coldest day when lows drop to the single digits and highs only around 20.
